If we are to restore the church of Jesus Christ, then we must look into the word of God for a pattern for the church.

Using this pattern we can restore the purpose and function of the church as Christ established it.

The Bible does contain the pattern which we can use to restore the authority and terms of membership for the church, and the spirit, worship, mission and government of the church.
