About Leanne Rudd

Leanne commenced as Board Director in October 2020 and provides finance and audit expertise to our Board. She works with our CEO and Board to deliver professional, efficient and effective service delivery outcomes for rural and small business sectors.

Leanne Rudd is a Non-Executive Director and financial professional with over two decades of board-level experience across the private and not-for-profit sectors. Her expertise spans taxation, business advisory, wealth management, leadership, governance, management consulting and financial oversight. Leanne holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a qualified Financial Planner and an AICD Graduate.

Leanne is also a Director at Frontgate Advisory, an agribusiness, accounting and financial advice firm based in Bundaberg. Leanne has dedicated 30 years to public practice, supporting regional and rural businesses to grow sustainably. Her leadership is grounded in practical experience and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities they face.

Growing up in the North Burnett, Leanne continues to work with her family on their grazing operation. This connection to agriculture fuels her passion for improving the future of the industry.

Leanne is equally passionate about the small business community, championing their needs with a genuine understanding of the pressures and complexities they navigate.
